Every player must sign the roster. No roster additions or changes are allowed once the roster has been turned into a TCS Staff Member.
All players must play in a regional to properly qualify unless your in the adult elite division. Being on a roster at a regional event will not qualify players for Nationals unless that player plans on playing up one or two age divisions at Nationals. A player who never plays in a regional qualifier is allowed to play at Nationals, but with only a gold level team.
All Gold qualified teams participating at Nationals are allowed unlimited roster changes to their regional roster. In the adult gold division, teams are allowed TWO adult Elite players. This will be strictly enforced.
All Silver qualified teams participating at Nationals are allowed two roster changes to their regional roster.
All Bronze (REC) qualified teams participating at Nationals is allowed one roster change to their regional roster.
A player is not allowed to play in Gold, Silver, and/or Bronze (REC) in the same age division at all events.
A player can play up one or two age divisions in Gold, Silver, and/or Bronze (REC) at all regional qualifiers. However, for Nationals a player playing up one or two age divisions in Gold, Silver, and/or Bronze (REC) must be on that particular roster from the regional qualifier. There is no limit on the # of players that can play up an age division or two for a regional qualifier or the national event. Female youth players are allowed to play down one year of elgibility.
A player must play with his original qualified team unless that player’s team is not participating at Nationals. In order for that player to still be elgible for Nationals, that player will need to get a release from his original team and must play for the division they qualified.
A player is not allowed to play in Silver or Bronze (REC) at Nationals if qualified with a gold team in the same age division.
A player that qualifies with one team and would like to switch to another team will need to acquire a written consent form from the team that player is switching from stating the release.
